About Programme
PGIS seeks to build a pipeline of innovative talents, develop the Pertinence innovation ecosystem, facilitate growth through innovation, and also facilitate the entry of smart talents that support the overall growth and development strategy of Pertinence Group.

At Pertinence, we have diverse teams all putting in the effort to achieve the company’s central goals. We are admitting up to 30 young talents for this 6-month programme to nurture and help them settle well with best industrial practices.

Who is Eligible
Applications for the PGIS program are opened to young graduates whether or not they have completed their compulsory National Youth Service program, and who have acquired one or more of such skills as; developing skill, design skill, content creating skill, product management skill, Architectural skill, Administrative skill, or who have attained a law degree.
In addition:
- Applicant must be between 18 and 28 years of age
- Applicant must command a strong communication and interpersonal skill; and an ability to work in teams.
- Applicant must be a fresh graduate
