Pertinence Group started out with a mandate to empower people through investment, training, real estate, with 7 subsidiaries located on the main land and island; with presence in the united kingdom, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates.
We pride ourselves as one of Africa’s most trusted entrepreneurially-minded company, driven by technology and people.
Through our innovativeness, we have developed some real estate tech solutions that solves housing deficit in Nigeria; thus providing investors with an array of guaranteed high-yield investment offers, some of which include Homify.ng, Homevest by Realvest, MAX, Realmax, Realpro, Landmax amongst others
In 10+ years, we have lived up to our people empowerment goal by raising over 1,000 once-deprived people to become millionaires in terms of earnings. We have rewarded productivity on our team with incentives such as: all-expenses-paid international trips for more than 300 people; gifted over 100 cars, up to hundred free plots of land, and 3 fully-built houses.
Pertinence has also stayed true to its enterprise development mission. It has seen many sales team members transition from becoming personally free financially, to providing similar opportunities to others by establishing their own businesses.
Ultimately, being a tech-forward business, Pertinence has also worked on a few tech initiatives like Realvest, Homify, Real Max, and Oneapp, which are all platforms that provide ease and speed in doing business.
