Leading real estate company, Pertinence has officially launched a challenge tagged “New Lagos Realtor Challenge” offering lucrative incentives to real estate agents across Nigeria.
The 90-day challenge, which was officially announced on Thursday by the company’s co-founders, Sunday Olorunsheyi, PhD, and Wisdom Ezekiel, is set to begin on Monday, September 23, 2024.
During the announcement, the co-founders stated that the Realtor Challenge presents an opportunity for both individual realtors and teams to compete for substantial cash rewards in addition to their regular commissions for every eligible plot of land they sell.
They emphasised that any realtor regardless of their affiliations can join in the challenge but the properties eligible to earn them rewards are IRE in Mowe, Charis Ville in Epe, Greenland Estate in Ibeju Lekki, Lavida Prime in Ikola-Alagbado, and all other landed property products by Pertinence.
Individual realtors can earn an incentive of 2 million Naira for every 40 million Naira in sales, and also qualify for a raffle draw with a grand prize of 50 million Naira. For team participants, comprising 2 to 20 realtors, there is a sales target of 500 million Naira. Teams that reach the target will walk away with a 50 million Naira grand prize without having to go through a raffle.
In his speech, Olorunsheyi expressed the company’s commitment to empowering realtors in Lagos and beyond. He emphasised the vital role of realtors in the land market and their contribution to Nigeria’s economic growth.
“Our goal with the New Lagos Realtor Challenge is not just to reward hard work, but to inspire realtors to push beyond their limits. The current economy of the nation should serve as a motivation for people to push through to success. This is more than a sales challenge—it’s a pathway to creating wealth, and helping realtors achieve financial freedom while reshaping Lagos into a modern, future-forward city,” Olorunsheyi said.
Ezekiel, who also addressed the over 100 realtors present at the launch, emphasised the innovative approach that the company has always adopted in nurturing salesmen and women within the real estate industry. He encouraged all realtors to participate in the challenge, noting that it aligns with the company’s larger mission to empower Nigerians through real estate.
In his words, “We are always looking to build a network of highly motivated realtors who see real estate as a vehicle to change lives. This is a big opportunity, and we call on interested persons who are willing to earn beyond imaginations to take advantage of this. The challenge begins now and will run for an initial period of three months, sign up via bit.ly/NewLagosRealtorChallenge.“
